Matchbook credit card charges on my statement!?

I had over $5000 worth of charges from matchbook.com that showed up on my credit card! I tried to contact the company, and they refuse to show me any tpe of proof someone used my card with them. I have to believe this company got my card number and charged it themselves somehow! I have no idea what this company is, what they do, or what they sell! I did not receive an item (s) from them. I had to contact capital one who refunded the charges after they said my card was clearly charged fraudently. Be careful, this place will try to steal your money! They will try to get away with it!!!
