I Win Herbal - Acai Cleanse 300
Fruadulently took money from my credit card without my permission

I responded to an e-mail from Acai Berry Cleanse stating that you could try their product for 14 days free, all you had to pay was shipping $4.95. A week later, to my horror, my credit card was charged $88.97 by them.

This information was not given up front on the website that you would be charged $88.97. Had I been given this information, I would never have accepted the trial offer.

I contacted the company by phone asking them to reverse the charge of $88.97 as I had not authorized it. I was told that they would cancel my order but I would have to send an e-mail to customer service requesting a refund.

I sent customer service an e-mail requesting the refund. They responded by e-mail stating that my subscription had been cancelled but they were unable to give me a refund. The e-mail stated that since I had agreed to be charged after the 14 days and I did not cancell after the trial period,

They were not able to refund me my money.
That is extremely ridiculous. How could I agree to something like that? No one in their right mine would. This is stealing on the part of Acai Cleanse.

No where upfront on their website did they state that my credit card I would be automatically charge $88.97 after my 14 day trial period. This is ludicrous!

You cannot take money from someones credit card without their express permission. The product is bogus because it does not do anything to cleanse your system as they state on their website an I would not order more of those

Pills if you paid me so the company is lying.
Please, I want my money back and these crooks are to be stopped from taking other innocent people's money.

I tried to contact the company a third time by e-mail, they blocked my e-mail address thereby causing my e-mail which I sent to them to be returned.

If they are legit why are they refusing to answer my e-mail?
