Refused to fix my Tire

I was traveling from Florida to Tennessee where I happen to live. I had stopped at a truck stop to have my tire seen about and he could not fix it and told me to go to the nearest walmart and get them to fix it for me. I pulled into the walmart on exit 218 in Mcdonough Georgia and when I pulled up to the automotive center all bay doors were up. So I went up to the counter and ask the gentelman behind the counter if they could replace my tire or either put my spare on for me and the support shift manger of that departmant said very rudely we were closing and he did not have the time, told me to go next door that maybe they would be open. I told him that I had already been by there and they were closed. I asked him please fix my tire that I was 200 miles from home and if I broke down because of a flat I did not know what I would do. So he refused I left pulled back out on interstate 75 north bound and had a blow out within half a mile of walmart. There my daughter and I was stranded on the interstate with no one to help us. Finally a nice gentleman tried to fix my flat but was unable to because he could not get the jack up under my ca. So the only thing that I could think to do was call a wrecker to my aid. Finally the wrecker guy got there and he had to tow me almost 200 miles to my house in tennessee. That trip of towing cost me 400.00 dollars. If only the guy that was so rude at the walmart would have taken a little bit of his time to fix my tire I would not have had this much trouble. I have always bought everything from walmart from my gas, to grocries, my oil eveything that i buy for my home nearly comes from walmart. I would not recommend anybody to have any service done at your local walmarts. Think about it what if something bad would have happend to me and my daughter while sitting on the side of the road. Walmart offered to buy my tire after all the pain and suffering I have went through but I still think that they should have to pay my wrecker bill because I would not have had that if they would have helped me. I am going to continue this until I am satisified. I thought that walmart always stated that the customer comes first well not in this situation it did not. It was all about the employee wanting to go home and leaving the customer out in the dark and that's what happened to me. Again everybody think before you buy walmart products and service... I will never spend another dime with that company until I am made a happy customer again...
