Misleading Ads - Baseball Tickets

I bought 2 Tickets for the Texas Rangers Vs Anahiem Angels for July 1. The Listing stated that the Tickets inluded a Parking Pass. I recieved the Tickets but not the Parking Pass. I only bought the Tickets because of the Parking Pass, which maid it a decent Bargain. I spoke to 3 customer Service people and was told all they could do is give me 25.00 Gift Certificate for a future purchase on Stubhub. All I wanted was them to contact the seller and have him mail me the Parking Pass. I asked for a refund and was told by Stubhub they could not do that. Since StubHub is a member of the BBB I filed a complaint.
