Mr Rooter False Advertising. Upping the charge when they arrive. Attempted every form of intimidation possible. Tampa

Thought we needed to have our drains cleared. Found an Ad for Mr. Rooter (Baum Plumbing) in Tampa area. Web advertisement reads Drain Cleared for $99, and free video analysis. When the tech arrived he told us the charge was an additional $24.95 for equipment.
A short while after the tech arrived the Field Manager called and couldnt come for the video analysis out till Monday. Later that evening, after a quick shower the drain problem reoccurred. When the Field Manager arrived on Saturday he immediately did everything he could to intimidate us. When we determined what the problem was he told us that that the Floor needed to be broken or a $35K high pressure machine we didnt need and they didnt have with them. After the inappropriate comments and attitude I ask them to leave.
