I called california psychics, and while i was waiting to get on line, i called customer service. I was reading customer feedback, and they all seemed a little to0 generic, and frankly, some ingenious. There were no negative feedback, only glowing reviews, i found this odd, no one advisor is "on" all the time-they have good days and bad days just like us. (there were not even average ratings, just polly anna happy ending, wonderful feedback-total bs)
so i talked to "que" (not sure of correct spelling), in customer service, and i asked her about the feedback, and asked her if they allow negative feedback, and she firmly told me no! There is no negative feedback allowed regarding advisors or even california psychics allowed, (you cant slam the company, or the readers).
I told her i found this unethical, because as a consumer, i really have no idea if a advisor on the site is really any good, if they only allow only good feedback. She then went on to tell me that is not the case, that management reviews all feedback, and if they get too much negative feedback for an advisor, they will remove them from the site. I then told her i would no longer rate the advisors i have had readings with, if they will only pass on great reviews, she urged me to please rate all readings-what for? Its a waste of time!!!
What a bunch of baloney! They are con artists! A professioanl company would not do this. They are deceiving their clients! This is dishonesty.
They might as well be selling snake oil.
I will never call this site again!
