I purchased a rolling chassie from Mark Evans / Diablo chop shop. They took my $6,200 dollars and sent me a frame, tank, wheels and rear fender. Misssing a springer front end, tires, handle bars, kick stand. He want to trade parts and I wanted no part of that deal, I wanted what I paided for my money back. Here is the e-mail between us.

Mark, It has been almost 2 months since I heard from you. I need to get
this fixed one way or another. Give me my parts or work something out
with fame, gas, tank and fender.
