My family had dinner on 1-24-09. We i received my bank statement i noticed a difference in the amount. I looked at my reciept to confirm the 20 dollar difference. I called manager on duty juan and he said he was busy right now and he would call me back. Till this day no response. My response is eat elsewhere. So, for you guys this was a costly 20 tip! This was at 12044 amargossa rd victorville, ca table 14 at 6:12pm maybe you could send out a memo "do not fill in your own tips if left blank!"guarantee i never leave it blank again!
