Applebees price charge - service

The service we received was extremely slow but I always seem to get the server-in-training. When we asked for our check he gave my charge card to the next table and the next tables to me. It took 30 minutes to straighten it out. I did not notice that I had been double billed until I got my statement. I have been unable to get a call back from the Gentian Rd. Applebees to have this credited back to me.
