I cancel my account years ago and they are still taking money from my account i ask to mail me a confirm letter stating that i cancel the 800 number i have is not valid anymore nor can i find them frederick, Colorado

Readers source called my phone and said i won a contest and asked if i held a major CC i said yeah talk for a little while they said if i got these magazine at a certain price i would get my prize the total price was under 30$ and when i noticed they were still pulling 40$ from my account every month i found their number called them and said cancel my order because you do not have permission to pull money from my account any more the lady said ok she would cancel then i asked for a letter stating that i cancel service she said ok again the billing stopped for about 3 month and now it's back.
