I chose a teacup schnauzer to purchase from minidesignerpuppies.com. The owner and breeder Crystal Costopoulos asked for a $300.00 deposit. I sent a cashiers Check for that amount. I would have to wait for the puppy to be weaned, before I could get her. I was under contract for a Liver Parti Teacup Schnauzer for $650.00. Two weeks after she recieved my deposit, she e-mailed me and told me my puppy died. She then offered my money back or I could wait for more litters and choose another puppy.

I told her I would wait for a few litters to see if I could choose another puppy, but reserved the right to still have my money refunded to me, she agreed to this. I waited so long for 3 more litters and she explained to me that none were teacup puppies. She offered me only 4 puppies and none but maybe one would be a teacup. The puppies she offered me were not to my liking and nothing like the one originally purchased. I asked her to send my money back. She agreed. I have all of this saved in my e-mails.

She only sent me back $100.00 of my 300.00 deposit. She explained to me she would send me the rest of it when she sells another puppy. I waited about 2 wks and I e-mailed her again. I explained to her I want all of my money back, that I gave her my deposit in good faith and I expect her to send all just not part of it. She told me she would put a check in the mail the next day. When I recieved the second check, it also was for only $100.00. This time she put a note inside that I would not be recieving my last $100.00. That she had changed her website to keep $100.00 of all deposits. This was not there when our contract was signed.

She can not change the rules as she goes. It is such a rip-off. She should have stated this in the beginning. Is she doing this to take peoples money or what! I should get all of my money back since the puppy I purchased died. I told her I will sue and she told me good luck, try it prove it. I want others to know about minidesignerpuppies.com so they dont get ripped off too.
