Hardinhaus Miniature Schnauzers - Marian Harding - AMSC American Miniature Schnauzer Club member is a liar a cheat and a theif. She stole my money with a promise of a replacement puppy. No ethics no integrity. Fine example of a AMSC member!

I bought a show B/S female puppy for $1500 with a puppy back first breeding from Marian Harding Hardinhaus Miniature Schnauzers located in Knoxville, TN. Marian Harding is a member of the American Miniature Schnauzer Club. As the puppy grew, I did not like her and asked Marian if I could send her back for a replacement. She agreed and promised to replace the puppy. She sent back $1300 and said she would keep $200 for a deposit for the new puppy that she was waiting for a couple of her girls to come in season.

Time went by and I emailed Marian about my puppy. She informed me that there was no puppy for me now or in the future and that my $200 deposit was nonrefundable which she never told me nor that I was limited to the two upcoming litters for replacement. I e-mailed her and asked about future litters and got no response. To this day a week later no response. Marian Harding promised me a puppy. That was what she kept the deposit for. Her words! This from an AMSC member who is supposed to be ethical and above reproach. Everything their code of ethics are supposed to be against she did. Marian Harding is a liar a cheat and a theif and I have e-mails to prove it. Marian's ethics and integrity came pretty cheap for $200 wouldn't you say. Just because I didn't like her puppy.internet fraud!!! Puppy fraud! Are all AMSC members the same? Think about it before you purchase a puppy from an AMSC member. Are they like Marian Harding! Ready to rip you off like me.
