Over charging Fuel Surcharges

Now when gas prises are less that when fuel surcharges were made legal, companies, and Empire waste are still charging an 18.20 % fuel charge. The fuel charge is a rip off. While my business cannot charge a fuel charge, the cost of fuel certinly factores in my operation, yet I am unable to put a fuel charge in place. I think the fuel surcharge is and has been abused. I also think it should be abolished or adjusted to fit all lines of business. It is grocely unfair and unregulated. The State of Texas needs to address this now if not sooner. How can I get this company investigated to see if they are following guidelines? Respond to meson37781@aol.com
