Epoc Investment solutions Closed Offices in California and Chicago and Ripped Off Clients, And Chicago, Illionois

I purchase a program for trading stocks with Epic Investment Solutions for which I paid $20,000.00. Epic Investment Solutions closed their offices in Irvine, CA and Chicago, IL and didn't notify clients of their closing. They left no forwarding address and I was not able to find the address of the owner and CEO, Ryan Manzamilla, who lives in the area near Los Angeles, CA. The phone number and fax number that was listed has been disconnected.

In my opinion, the officers of the corporation, who filed for corporate status in the State of California have conducted a fraud and should be investigated by the Attorney General of the State of California and the State of Illinois. I do not know if Epic Investment Solutions has filed for corporate status with the State of Illinois. The names of people from Epic Investment Solutions from whom I have received emails are Rick Rogarte, Larry Brown, and Alexandra Radaios.

From my investigating, I learned that the owner and CEO of Epic Investment Solutions to be Ryan Manzanilla. I am looking for any information that will help me and others recover money from the principals of the corporation that defrauded clients. It is also interesting to note that their web site is still on the web, but there is no way to contact them. I welcome anybody to contact me and discuss the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit to recover money that was taken by Epic Investment Solutions.

The corporate officers can not hide behind the corporate status. The officers are liable for the losses to clients because they were in control of the corporation and the courts have ruled in past cases that fraud by corporate officers is a criminal offence and subject to State and Federal laws because their activities crossed state lines. I would like to secure the money that they took, but would settle for criminal convictions against the corporate officers of Epic Investment Solutions. I may be contacted at.
