Didn't tell you what your creditors can do if you can't pay. Like Sue You

It's like the ex employees say. They take your money the first year but don't tell you in the mean time the creditors your not paying that you listed with them can sue you then those companys garnish your bank accounts, salary, etc. It's been more then 3 years now and I've yet to pay anything off.

Now I don't even know if I can go to a non-profit debt elimanator to fix the mess this company has caused me. And what happens if they do go under because now I can't even get anyone on the phone.

Don't use them find a non-profit place that will help you.
