Ripoff no progress made been paying since July

I have been paying SDS $300.00 since July and there has been no payments to any of the accounts. I contacted SDS and they said my "debt consolidation" was fine. One of the creditors has started pulling money out of my paychecks and the others have gone to collections. I am pretty overwhelmed with debt and now to hear that there hasn't been any contact whatsoever with my creditors I am now becoming a little heated. What's next? If all the creditors end up pulling money from my check then I won't be able to live.
