Never Contacted Our Creditors, Pocketed Our Money Ripoff Internet

I decided to use US Debt Resolve to help me with my bills. Under contract, I paid them $180 a month, and they were responsible for contacting my creditors and eventually paying them off.

After 2 months, we were turned into collection agencies with all of the involved bill accounts. As we were paying US Debt Resolve, they chose not to contact ANY of our creditors. They were susposed to make initial contact, notifying the creditors that we were using their service.instead they did nothing.

We called the man that was handling my account with US Debt Resolve. He then told us that he HAD failed to do his job, therefor our money would be returned within a week. It has now been two weeks and we were told today that we will not be returned any of the money EVER.

DO NOT use this company!!! They INTENTIONALLY rip you off. They breached their contract and are now taking no responsibility.
