Government Grants - Please don't be sucked into their scam - I thought this was real!

Miscellaneous

A televison ad advertising Free Goverment Grants caught my eye. I called the number and listened to what this lady had to say. She said it will be 2.95 and in seven to ten days you will receive a packet, explaining how to fill out a form asking for money from the government.

I asked her what should it say? She told me that I needed to explain "why I deserved the money" to help me get back on my feet, going to school etc.

She gave me her work number # 1973, and said her name was Rosie Perez. This lady had no accent. And also gave me a phone number to call if I needed further assitance. (Being very sincere and acting helpful)

I was told to check my email at the library, I couldn't because it was around July 4th and the library was closed. I was told I had 7 days to review their site, get answers from their experts, and after that, if I chose to stay with these experts in government grants, - I would be charged 50 some dollars. I told her that I did not want that expense and she said when you get your email, just click on that I did not want this other option.

I never did get the email. And when I went to my bank to take my rent money out, -Well, Guess what, my money was short to the tune of $71.16.

Now I'm in dispute over this with my bank. The transaction date was July 3rd, so they took my money before I could blink an eye.

On July 23rd I received a email from a Chris Danwich saying I did not have an account with them and that my credit card had not gone through. "The card" was my bank card, which I have since cut up and received a new card.

I sent an email to him at supportgrantresearchguide.com telling him of my money missing, and have not heard anything since. Today I go to the bank and file another dispute over these charges.

One of the charges was a foreign charge of like. 09 cents to put it through.
So this is not even in the USA.

This is a Scam! So beware of the Televison ads. If it doesn't come from the government, then it is a scam and too good to be true.

They are hurting people down on their luck, part of that money was my disability check, and this last week being so upset over a dog dying and being homeless since I was in a nursing home after back surgery, Well, I had a stroke now!
These people need to be stopped! It is not just about the scam-It is the heartache it causes, "the stress on already stressed out people" trying to find a way out of their financial mirey pit.
