This year I ordered my xmas cards way in advance-nov 21-I got 80 personalized cards for $157 the co says it takes 10 to 12 days to get to us - after 15 days I called to find out they had not left yet - I complaint and got $19 credited back to my account, but had to hear the famous -SORRY MAM THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO OTHER THAN THE CREDIT, w a hint of bad attitude - the "manager" wrote me an email and said they would send me the cards 2 express. (this was on 12/5) on tuesday the 9 I called again and they informed me that they send reg mail and will be here on dec 16- SINCE I AM GOING OUT OF THE COUNTRY THIS WEEK, MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE SENDING XMAS CARDS THIS YEAR THEY HAD NO CONSIDERATION W MY ORDER EVEN AFTER I CALLED SO MANY TIMES
SO IF YOU GUYS NEED TO ORDER FROM THEM
ORDER BY OCTOBER SO THEY WILL COME ON TIME
