Ripoff They ripped me off for the shipping and handling charge of the "free" cards and I NEVER received my order

I found this complaint re: vista print dot com when I was attempting to place yet another order with this company. Last year I placed several orders with them and the last one was never received. I made numerous attempts to permit them to credit my account, send my order or do something to resolve this matter.

They ripped me off for the shipping and handling charge of the "free" cards and I NEVER received my order. Ultimately I went to OfficeMax and bought do-it-yourself cards and have been using them ever since. I get my cards when I need my cards and never rip myself off. Buyer beware of VistaPrint.com
