American express pass cards.

SUGGISTIONS FOR Any person may purchase with a bank account PASS CARD FOR RECIPENTS

(eg) Not just Parent. Can be uncle, Aunt, Grand Parent

Any person with bank account can up load account by wire transfer. They only have to have the Recipents card number. (Same as on line Banking) then any Friend, Relative can uload.)

Change Mailng Status … Cards can be mailed to Recipents.

I bought 3 pass cards for Grand Kids. Only three allowed. I had ordered 5 so the other had to be ordered from my Daughter.

There was delays getting cards before Xmas Still not to happy about that.

But it would be nice if Money could be uploaded into Recipents account without going back to the Orginal Purchaser.

In my case all grand kids have Birthdays and there is a total of 9
