I was hired by the company as a dealer. My job would be to do 60 demos in a month and at the end of the month I would be paid $3,398; that is if I did not sell anything. The Friday of contest weekend we were given a list of prizes such as:
1 sale: 5 day 4 night cruise to the Bahamas or Mexico plus commission. 2 sales: GPS system plus commission. 3 sales: 1000 commission for fast start plus $250 Best Buy gift card. 4 sales: 27" flatscreen Vizio plus commission. 5 sales: $500 Dress for Success plus commission. 6 sales: $500 Best Buy gift card plus commission. No one had sold over six sales on contest weekend so only six prizes were offered. My contest weekend I sold seven systems. While calling in to give the customer inforamtion I was told that the finance companies were behind by four or five days. A week went by and I still had not heard anything formt he finance companies. I asked Matt what was going on and his response to me was "if they don't get financed, we will have to put you in better homes with better credit". On August 4 I went with another young lady that had started with the company when I did on July 22; she had received a check because she had made a sale on a system totaling $6,998. We went to Wells Fargo which is where the check came from. The bank teller informed the young lady that there were no funds in the account. She then tried to cash the check at a check cashing store and they informed her that Aquafuzion had checks cashed there before that were hot and the company never repaid the money. Aquafuzion is full of empty promises and lies.
