I pre-paid my rent til Oct. 1st, due to upcoming surgery. Once she got my rent in advance she became a nightmare. Going through and taking belongings. When I asked her to fix the porch which I fell through, due to dry root, she verbally threatened me. Once she relized that I needed to leave, because it was unsafe for me and my daughter, she placed about half our belongings on the street. She kept many items of value I had jewlry, etc. Now I have exhausted all savings, putting me and my daughter in a hotel, as I proceed through the court system. Stay away so you don't have to deal with the nightmare I am
