Expensive, stressful nightmare

Absolutely the worst customer service nightmare I have ever had. We moved across the country, entrusting all of our belongings to them. They rescheduled delivery of our POD four times, two of which they failed to even notify us of the change. At one point they couldn't even confirm what city our belongings were in.
Four times, we had to reschedule with the families helping us unload. We had to continually change our living arrangements, eventually spending a week in a hotel and upwards of ten hours on the phone with them to get our belongings delivered. All the while, traveling with a one-year-old. The week we planned to unpack before beginning work at a new job in a new city was wasted, and I had to begin work while my wife was stuck with a baby and a home full of still-packed boxes.
It was the most prolonged, stressful, and expensive customer service nightmare I have ever had.
In the end, they offered us a pittance, which would have covered only a fraction of our hotel costs, not to mention the exhaustion and emotional turmoil. And to get that offer, I would have had to sign an agreement to never tell anybody about the experience, which we obviously declined.
So I speak for myself, as well as anybody else who went through that nightmare but opted to sign the silence agreement, when I say, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
