An unknown credit card was used to pay my bill

I am writing because my virgin mobile phone was paid using an un knonw credit card i did nt use to pay thie account. I do not know how this could of happened. I always use a top up card to pay my account. And it scares me baceause it was my phone that tha credit card was used to pay the bill. I would like to knoe wat can be done or wat i can do to help out in this situation. I have never used a credit card to pay this bill.

I am not a theif i have never used any kind of credit card for any thing i have never stolen any thing in my life and now i have this goin on with the phone.

Let me know if i can do anything to help out in this..
