Took my money

Electronics and household app.

I ordered a phone from virgin mobile. They sent a phone that was broken. I returned it and it took them 4 weeks to send a replacement phone. Then they activated the second phone under someone else's name. The phone worked until the battery died because there was a problem with the second phone also. I returned that phone and requested that the money be credited to my credit card.

2 months later now, virgin mobile tells me that they never billed my credit card in the first place and that they have no record of ever sending me a second phone. If they never billed me, even though I have a credit card statements saying they did, why did they send me a phone?

Virgin mobile is a horrible company that doesn't have any type of customer service and doesn't have any security when dealing with them on the phone. Numerous times, they gave my credit card number to someone else on the phone. Thank goodness it was a friend of mine that didn't do anything with it!

I wish I could put some type of closure here, but as of now, they still are trying to say that they never charged me. I guess my credit card company just made it all up!!!
