Dishonest Took 4 times as long to do project still didnt fnish then sued us?

This is a very dishonest contractor. Was not on site as the "construction manager" yet claimed to be. Had a "head guy" who was a literal idiot that did not have a clue as to the construction process. All help was less than half assed! Overcharged and added different "accounts" to our bill where work was not performed. Did work we told him not to do. Did multiple tasks wrong and then re-charged us again to do it right.

Multiple incidents of finding literally hundreds of pulled nails (not even smart enough to clean them up). Windows were not framed in correct places, had to redo multiple windows at you guessed it, our expense. Roof structure which is normally completed in 1 month for this type of home took him 4 months and he still couldn't/didn't finish it. He then turned around and sued us (adding another subcontractor to his lawsuit so he could "piggyback".)

No morals and or ethics here. Steer clear of this contractor. We built in summer/fall, however he used us to keep his payroll going through the winter months. Kept saying it will be done end of the month, every month... DISHONEST (but he's in church every Sunday)... Go figure! Do NOT hire this contractor! Run!
