Premier Fitness - NATIONAL FITNESS
They refuse to cancel our gym membership

Miscellaneous

I opened a gym membership in Ohio with Premeir Fitness AKA NAtional Fitness and signed a contract. On that contract it was stated that if i moved to a different address then i CAN cancell my membership. I moved from Ohio to Texas... Obviously a big change of address. I sent them a signed letter from my bank saying that I had moved, a letter from another bank with my new tx address on it, my new tx phone bill.

Again... All of which had my new address in TX on it. Apparently none of those were good enough for them to prove that i had moved! They were even sending me bills at my new tx address trying to say that i owed them money. So wait... They can bill me at my new tx address... But they wont accept the 3 bills proving that i've moved??? All they're doing is stalling on closing my account so they can rack up the charges even more.

I have spoken with honestly 8 different women in the past 2 months trying to get this sorted out, they all have been very very rude and increadibily unprofessional. This is honestly the most crooked company i have ever come accross. I STRONGLY RECOMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY from this company. I will be filing a law suit against them in the near future as well.
