Mcguire Pontiac Buick GMC
Told me thing were bad in my car which was good and will not refund me my money

On July 28. My Pontiac G6 2007 was towed into McGuire Pontiac Buick GMC Dealership at the address of 1625 Route 46 East Little Falls, NJ At 9am. I William Daves Explained to the service director (Kenneth Fischer) that this is the 3rd time I had problem with my fuel and when I brought the car I was told I had a 50 mile bumper to bumper warrant but I just found out I didn't it was a 36K warrant. Mr. Fischer waved the 100 diagnostic fee. On July 29 at around 1:35pm I received a call from the service Advisor (Dave Gernat) that my car was diagnostic came back and my fuel was contaminated, needed new fuel pump and clean fuel system.

I fused to pay 1130, and wanted to get a second price quote. Since I didn't want them to do the service they wouldn't release my car without me paying a total of $107.00 for the diagnostic. I drove my other car over to P&T Auto in Totowa, NJ address 401 Union Blvd. When my car arrived by AAA my car was looked at right away. With in 5 minute he told me my fuel pump was perfectly OK. He just had to pull the gas tank and empty it and drain all lines. Within an hour my car was running find.

My total cost was 150.00 with 10.00 tax total 160.00 know parts were needed. When I drove of with my Pontiac 2007 G6 I when right to McGuire Pontiac Buick GMC Dealership. I spoke with Dave Gernat the Service Advisor and Kenneth Fischer the Service Director. Told them that I was told false information and I will just like to receive my $107.00 because I was told false information. They both told me no there is nothing they can do and I have to leave because they are about to close up.
