Payment One Inc
This company charged 19.95 TWICE! On my Century-Tel phone bill

This is a ripoff company. I opened up my phone bill which was huge compared to usual. When I went through the charges there were two 19.95 charges by a company called Payment One Inc.

To make it worse, they were said to be at 12:00 am and had a duration of 0 minutes each. I have yet to be able to reach a customer service rep to have them removed.
