Trying to be professional and was fired after giving my 2 week notice. I have 3 kids and the economy is hard enough. I've worked hard for this organization and they "riped me off!" The doctors would send memos that they would be out of the office. We would have to take off and were not paid for the days they took off when they needed to vacation or attend a conference. This is not fair. How am I supposed to provide for my family? They didn't allow me to finish the week out or anything!!! I could've just left without a notice at all... But then my reputation would've been ruined because I didn't give notice! What's fair? Not ethical and it shouldn't be legal. This is retaliation!!!
