Credit Alliance Group
Withdrew money from our account without authorization, terrible cust/service, can never reach by phone, liars plain and simple!

Miscellaneous

Back in February we entered into a contract with CAG to help with some credit card debt. They were wonderful helping fill out paperwork and get started. We thought we had researched a great company to help with our financial burden. We were soon to find out how crooked this company really is.

Our first two months were fine, payments were deducted from our account on time with no problems. The third month our son was in and out of the hospital over two weeks of time and finally diagnosed with a liver disease. This medical emergency put us in a financial crunch. We tried reaching CAG numerous times, but constantly reached a phone number that wasn't taking messages, the message box was full, and sometimes the number never even reached an answering service/machine. We finally emailed and said DO NOT TAKE OUT THE MONEY. We continued to call for several days since we never received a confirmation phone call. We finally researched online and found a phone number that we called and spoke to Sylvia. She clearly wasn't happy about the deferred payment, but processed and no money was withdrawn.
Thank goodness for persistance.

The following month we were still pinching pennies to pay the mortgage. We emailed CAG and asked them not to take the money out of our account. We asked for a confirmation call to assure that all was well. We never received a confirmation call. We never received a call at all. We were never able to reach anyone and we were unable to leave messages. This was getting infuriating. Our stress level was high enough, but they were only adding to our worries. We called every day about 10 times a day at least, and still no answers. The money was withdrawn from our account. I was livid. I finally found a new number online and called that. I reached Sylvia. She claims they never had received any email. They had not received any messages. I told her that I could never leave messages, and she said that was untrue. What, I was being called a liar! She then claimed that I hadn't made the request in time. I needed to make the request at least 5-7 days ahead of time. When I pulled up the first email, it was 11 days before the due date.

Since this transaction put us further behind then before, we contacted them by email the end of June. We requested no money be withdrawn. We sent a very clear and DO NOT email. We sent the email by fax as well and held onto the confirmation sheet. We were angry for never receiving phone calls back. We were angry for not receiving the wonderful customer service we once had received. We were angry since we continued to receive phone calls from our creditors and no matter how many times we tried CAG we received no help. They disconnected the DAAN, so this could no longer be used. Sylvia called and wanted to know when the money could be withdrawn. I went round for round with Sylvia and told her not to take out the money since a roof over my children's head was much more important then the credit cards. I demanded the money not be taken out. I complained about poor customer service, and the DAAN, and of course, she didn't know anything about it. She would work on it and call me back. SURPRISE, no call back.

We received a phone call on a Thursday at our home giving us the ultimatum to call her back since she had called me numerous times without return calls! We had NEVER received a message from her much less one not returned. She said that she needed to hear from me by the next day or the money was coming out. I called that night Thursday about 8 est, and SURPRISE was unable to reach her. I left a detailed message saying not to take the money out of my account, BUT SURPRISE no return call. Monday I received a call saying... OOOPS, the money came out I got your message too late. I was breathing fire. I called again and again the 214# until she answered the phone. I told her that it was an unautorized transaction, and she needed to have it reversed immediately. She would speak with the owner. To my surprise when I called back she answered the phone and said that it had been denied.

I received two emails today from CAG. One closing my account and one to return the DAAN. The one that I was waiting for was where is my money and when am I going to get it back. Since clearly they aren't going to do an
settlements.

This is a company that is clearly fraudulent and doing nothing but scamming people for their money and doing nothing to help out anyone with credit card debt. This company has changed their name. No longer Credit Alliance Group, but Alliance Invoice Group. They are SCAMMERS and RIP OFFS and only God knows where my money is and whether or not I will ever see it. My bank is helping me get back the last unauthorized withdrawal, and I am extremely greatful for that, however, there is $1000 of my money out there that I am in desperate need of.
Watch out!!! Credit alliance group/alliance invoice group are nothing but theives!!!
