Ripoff, They mislead me in what I was going to receive and now they are giving me the run around

I was attempting to start my own home business when I stumbled across this company. I soon received a phone call from them and the deal sounded like just what I needed. I was preparing to go to Florida on a vacation. When I got back I had received the packet, had my account debited from NSBA a total of $339.45. One for $99.95 and the other for $239.40. I was told that I would be receiving a credit card with an $8000.00 limit. This was NOT what I received.

I immediately sent back the packet and all that was in it requesting my money back. I have called on numerous occassions to talk to someone about my money and was told once that it was in the mail. Not true. I was suppose to talk to someone nammed Romi in customer Service and she was not in, imagine that. I left a message and still have not got a call back from ANYONE. I left a message with Dennis Mario thinking I could finally get something done and have not heard from him either. I think the least they can do now is send my money next-day delivery. This has been over 2 months and I've had it! When you call you get a voice mail and most of the time it says it's full. I called once and as soon as I gave my number they said, you're waiting for a refund aren't you? They know as soon as I tell them my number so why haven't I received my money back? What is taking them so long? It didn't take them this long to take MY money out of my account. I'm steamed!!! This is a shoddy way to run a bussiness and people beware!
