Ripped off my elderly mother and would not refund her money

My elderly mother got a phone call from dynamic financial about a year age. They said they could lower her interest rate on her credit card for a fee of 1,000.00.

She called the next day to cancel this agreement. They told her she was not in the system yet and to call back the following day. She called back the following day and they told her she could not get her money back for one year. She called several times during the year with no results. She finally called at the year mark of when they first contacted her and they told her that the time limit expired for her to get her refund. My mother told them that it's exactly a year ago that they told her to call back.

This company has to be stopped. My mother is 83 years old and lives on a fixed income. My dad passed away 30 years ago and she lives all alone. This company not only stole her money but did absolutely nothing for her.

She did try the next day to cancel. I thought that you have 3 business days to cancel any contract. They scammed her. Took $1000.00 from her bank account. She didn't sign any papers for this deal and she still has high interest rates on her credit cards.

There has to be something that could be done so she could get her money back. They were rude to her when she called them. They told her touch. Your time expired. They did nothing for her but put her health and her financial security at risk.
