What was it they said on your answering machine to make you call them back?

I, too, was called in January saying PDMI could save me $2500 on my ONE credit card, but it cost me $990.00! I only called them back because my husband inquired as to why I was receiving a threatening phone call about the status of my visa. Something about that it was their last call before my credit card being withdrawn and my credit score being ruined. I received their package that had nothing to do with me. I called them on it and showed them that they could not keep their guarantee and that I wanted a refund. Of course, I was talking to AMS Financial/hired by PDMI to do the work. I had to show them my credit card payments before they realized they could do nothing. Said they would email "the company" and ask for a refund. Nothing was said about a "penalty" fee of $199.00 to get my money back. The BBB in Texas is working on this and I do have a file number. What I need is the "got ya" phrase they used to get me to call them back. I value my credit score and whatever they said scared me enough to call.
