Fraud and refused to give refund for something i had no knowledge about!

This company could not explain why i have a $68.00 charge that i had no knowledge of doing. They also had no knowledge of my name in there records but charges to my card.

The represenative i spoke with, stated this has happened to alot of people and they are getting alot of calls. They also will not return any calls, pointless to leave a number with a supervisor Melissa Moody, she never returned my calls.

I left 5 messages and she NEVER called back. This company is a ripoff!!! They have no explanation for my charges!!!
