At Home Rewards
Made unauthorized debits to my check card which resulted in $184.95 in NSF Charges

Internet & Web

I signed up for a one time, $1.00 offer for what appeared to be discount coupons.

They debited my account for $1.00 twice and $19.95 twice without my knowledge which resulted in $184.95 in NSF and overdraft fees.

As soon as I discovered the charges, I sent an email to cancel my membership and went to my bank to file disputes.

The bank got their phone number and said that sometimes if you call, they'll voluntarily return the funds.
I called them, and they returned the withdrawals, but when I talk to them about the NSF fees, they tell me to call the "overdraft" department.

I have never gotten anything but an automated answer from that number and no return calls, although I have left several messages.

I have also sent several emails, and their reply is that I agreed to the Terms and Conditions that stated no other types of fees would be refunded.
