Gave incorrect information & charged my account w/out my authorization or notifying me. Las Vegas

I was dealing with a rep by the name of, Ron Lewis. He told me that he was higher up than the original rep I was talking with and got no where with, but him hanging up on me. Ron Lewis told me that I could take this settlement of paying $350.00 and my account would be closed and I wouldn't hear from him again or the company. I set up this payment and yes, it was returned and I contacted him that same day and told him to re-try and it would be there. He did and the funds of 350.00 was taken from my account. I contacted him again to let him know the funds were taken and could he send me something stating this would setteled, he told me yes, he would send me a letter and something from the credit bureau that this was paid. A month goes by and I now have a negative from a ck from Allstate of $175.00 that I new nothing about. I never got a call, message, letter, stating that this was going to be deducted from my account and when I call Allstate all they wanted to do was give me the run around from rep to rep and not really give me an explanation of why this took place other than going back to the very beginning of the ck bouncing, but again, Ron Lewis never told me that there would be or was any hidden fees that would be taken from my account and why did this take about a month to discover??? No one could really help me there. I just don't believe that they could just take my money with out informing me that they were gona do this, but they did and left me with an outstanding negative and fees w / my bank.
