Unauthorized bank withdrawals

Allstate Financial asked that I make payments arrangements with them by giving them post dated checks. My son agreed to help me by giving them 3 post dated checks only. Allstate Financial never told me that they would continue to make withdrawals from his account until the account is paid off. I contacted Allstate Financial and they told me that they would never accept only 3 checks, but this is what they made me believe. I contacted them several times to stop withdrawing money from my sons account, they assured me that they would but they have not stop doing so, and they refuse to! I told them I will give my account info, but they refuse to give me anything in writing stating some kind of agreement.

They hang up on me constantly. My son had to close his bank account, but they will not stop presenting checks to the bank for payments. What can I do to have them stop trying to get money from my sons account? My sons account cannot technically close as long as checks are presented for payment, and his bank is continually charging him for non sufficient funds. Please Help!
