Is a rip-off! Unathorized charges! Here's how I canceled... Utah

I sent away for a CD about auction stuff - free but I paid shipping. I was called by a rep... Was told I would be charged at a certain point giving me a couple of weeks to check it out first. I told them I'd be out of town and he said he could extend the trial time. I was not supposed to be cahrged till the 15 of Nov.

They charged me on the 12th. This is the number that shows in my online banking statement:

866-214-8585 - Call this number and they will cancel you subscription/membership SUPPOSEDLY.

I was told that it would be 48 hours till I was refunded. I called about five days later and was told to wait a few more days. No refund. I called again yesterday and told again to wait a few more days... I was also denied when I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager... I will be calling my bank today.

When you call this number you are talking to India I believe... Before the number connects you will be given an email address the one I included here. I sent an email yesterday and have not received a response yet - not holding my breath!

P.S.- I am always wary now of anything coming from Florida or Utah - especially Utah!!
