Ripoff by matrix business capital

I delt with this company once, trying to get a loan for an equipment. They tell me, that my company was approved, Got a deposit of a little more then $3000, then the communication stops. No voice mails or emails returned. They start avoiding me after they get my deposit. Then i finally realize that is an all big ripoff, they was not going to loan me anything and i have requested my money back. They keep my deposit for more then a month (avoiding my calls again)

Matrix business capital is in the business of collecting deposits and proccesing fees which they have no intention to return. And they are not planning to loan you any money. I am hireing my attorney to deal with them. S c a m
