Do Not let this man in your home.

He is a preditor of any person's (especially older single women, or a woman with a husband with money to burn) money, home and posessions, especially vehicles, credit/debit cards, and landscape. He claims he's your 'best friend' and will manipulate anything in your life to further achieve the euphoria of his unmedicated bipolarism. He will ignighte your property, cut down your trees to achieve this and then use whatever chemical he can to keep the blaze going.

It starts out with moving minor belongings to make you think you've skipped a beat. Then he will offer to take care of you and you may have alzheimers. He'll offer to drive you in your vehicle, or hire a driver AKA: his personal assistant, while all of this is going on your tab. He'll offer to get you gas, (which he'll ignight your property with), get your oil changed, or better yet: have your vehicle detailed. BIG No-No! You may not get your vehicle back, or better yet, it will be beyond detailing. TRASHED! With his collection of being a vagabond. He claims his best work is living on your property while he 'envisions' how it will look, all at YOUR expense. He will no finish the project and slander you to anyone who is important in YOUR life.

He will steal your clothes to fund his 'charity for the less fortunate.' He will use your debit/credit card to fund other projects, you will not get an invoice and will have to contact the vendors to get copies that will make you want to vomit when you see what he's charged and planted/painted/used on someone elses job. He is a con.

Unless YOU hire him a personal assistant, you will not get your job completed. He's above doing what he promises.

Protect your pantry while he's cooking for you. He will use your money to purchase food that makes you feel alive and happy while he cooks it and gives it away. You won't even notice (or if you're in the higher income bracket, won't notice or CAREwhat he's taken).

This IT won't stop at anything. If you care about your life, project, bank account or fires in your yard or neighborhood, don't hire him. He won't finish a thing he's started, claiming he has clients who know he does his best work while he occupies your project. It's completely enabling him to live for free or at very least your expense. Check your bank account. He's a total fraud, hack, washed up has been and after you read this, you're no longer a victim. Be a voluneer. Report it.
