Diet product was ordered with guaranteed $ back. Won't take back, keeps charging my credit card. Have reported to my credit cardco

Foolishly ordered Acai Berry Detox over internet but was promised a free trial offer that guaranteed I could return if I was not satisfied. And, I was not. They made me ill! They charged my credit card $88.00 and refused to take the pills back saying it was over 14 days. I didn't even get them until almost 14 days after ordering. So hadn't had chance to try them.
Meanwhile, I have now been charged another $84.00 on my credit card more pills which I haven't even received yet.
I called my creditcard company (Master Card) and they have put charges into dispute mode. And, that any further charges they would refuse.
They noted they have had Hundreds and Hundreds of complaints. I asked them why they continue to allow this "merchant" to do business with their company if there are so many complaints and all she would or could say was "we are actively working on this problem".. She also said "All the other credit card companies are having the same volume of complaints."
She literally called the company a SCAM
The same story goes with the Colon Cleanse except for one thing. I never asked them to send this to me in the first place. They have charged 2 bottles on my credit card. ($84.79)
Bottom line: The credit card company recommended that I file a complaint with usacomplaints.com and that is what I am doing right now. Foolish Betty
