Kittredge, Co.intentionally dishonest, equivocationg, deceptive, refusing to take responsibility for deception, non customer oriented

The following is what I just sent to the company:
I still don't my refund after 2 months. I have made copies of the original receipt, front and back, copies of correspondences from myself and from a Dona Funches, with your company, along with a relevant picture of my car with a tree on it. I am going to file a police report Monday when I have more time, since I am unable to now get a live person to answer the phone number given on the receipt, 303-674-8252.

I am going to now give you the scenario I have given several times now to various representatives of your company last month when I was able to get someone to answer the phone.

Late on Wednesday, May, 27,2 girls, Lila and Amber came to my door. You know the rest of the story - "they did their little song and dance" story. Actually, it was Lila who did most of the talking, but I consider, silence on the behalf of Amber as consensual acknowledgement so Amber is equally at fault for dishonesty!!!

In short, I agreed to write a check for the amount of $71 to purchase a magazine to support the troops. I did so, however, with stating that I needed to make a deposit to cover the check, the money was not in account, I DID NOT post date the check. I said, as you can see, my car is not mobile because a tree fell on it. I would not be able to get to the bank until the weekend. Lila assured me that no deposit would be made and that as I probably already knew there was a 7-8 days waiting period in Co. I knew it was 3 days but didn't feel like being corrective at the time. I made the deposit on Sat., May 30 then on Monday, June 1, I discovered my check was deposited on the 29th., causing a total of $45 charges by my bank!!! There may be a clause your company "chooses" to use as a disclaimer, a "JUSTIFICATION", that you are not at fault because it says "Checks deposited immediately". As far as I am concerned this is equivocation.

This to me is written in with the intent of tricking the customer. This is still dishonest, poor customer service and management. When your company allows an employee to blatantly lie and not support the customer this is back on you as a company. If you don't include in your employee agreement that a requirement is to inform the customer of this clause, "Checks deposited immediately", you too are at fault. And if you do have this in your agreement then what are you going to do for me??? I have pictures which I had to have for my car insurance company to verify a tree fell on my car. Your "employees" knew without a shadow of a doubt that I could not drive my car. I was being honest and trusting up front. Had I known about the clause I would not have written the check. I am unemployed and $71 was hard enough but I did it to help the troops. To have the additional $45 is a hardship to the budget. Additionally I live in the mountains so it was not as if I could take a bus up to the bank.
When the person who first finally answered the phone, Marsha, and other employees since then, won't give out an actual physical address this adds more discredit to the legitimacy of American Cash Awards and now that I have pulled up your company online, I see this dishonesty is your pattern. You should be closed down. How can you look at yourself in the mirror?
As mentioned earlier, I will file a police report Monday!
