Bad customer service, lying, and troubles with automatic payments

My mortgage company was origonally Origen, but about a year ago, GREEN TREE bought the company and took over without any notice to me other than the name of the company chaning on my statement. I had to apply for automatic payments again, and this is where my troubles began. Origen would always take out payments on the 19th of each month, but GREEN TREE has decided it can change dates depending on weekends, holidays, etc. Last month, they took out my usual payment PLUS an extra $200 without notice (the payment slip said the payment would be as usual), and on top of that, they took the money on the 15th, causing my account to be off, and causing another payment to bounce, which in turn, cost me an overdraft fee of $25 from my bank. I contacted Green Tree, and they said the extra $200 was because I didn't have home insurance for 3 months starting in November (which was true), so they added the money automatically on my bill February. I ended up having to accept the $25 fee for the overdraft, but when I called, I told the supervisor AMBER to cancel the automatic payments because I didn't trust the company, and I also sent proof of insurance. This month, I sent my check in the mail, and Green Tree cashed it on March 16th, the same day they also took out the automatic payment they did not cancel, causing my bank account to go to -$500, and once again my bank charged a $25 overdraft fee. I contacted AMBER about the "mistake" of the automatic payment, and she said I had never asked for the automatic payment to be cancelled, even though my wife was standing right next to me during that conversation and heard me ask AMBER three times to cancel it.in short, Amber agreed to return the money in about three days taken out from the automatic payment, but would not cover the overdraft fee, and will not cover any other overdraft fees, event though I have two checks for my car payment and home insurance payment that will be deposited at any moment. Please, if you are reading this, learn from my mistake: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS WITH THIS CROOKED COMPANY!
