I purchased bot a pre paid visa card and a money pak for green dot pre paid visa card. There is no guarentee that when you purchase this card that it will be personalized so if it is not you cannot reload money on to it.instead you must purchase a new card everytime put 20.00 on to the card and pay another 9.95 activation fee. They want their money right away but when you ask for a full refund they will notworkwith you they give you the excuse and tell you that it will take 7-10 buisness days. So instead I went through Rush Cards. PLease do not buy green dot. Rush cards is easier company to deal with.
