Lfg... (Electronic Payment Systems) Help!

I got a machine from them over 2 years ago. Paid on time. After closing my business I called to cancel they told me to return the equipment. So when I called to get an address to do so they said I couldn't and I owed over 2000.00 dollars to cancel. The man that sold it too me said I could cancel at any time. I chose not to pay them. I received 2 letters a day and 3-4 phone calls telling me I had to pay.

After getting tired of the whole thing I called them a settled for 800.00. Done right wrong. I was served papers telling me I owed 700.00 plus 150 in lawyer fees. I told them I wouldn't pay that. I just received a call saying they were going to freeze my accounts if I didn't pay soon.

I called them back and was told I still owed 1600.00 but they would settle for 800. After informing them the paper work they just sent me said I only owed 700. They suddenly found those papers and said they would settle for 500. Can they freeze my accounts? What do I do at this point? They put this account as a charge off before I was even late too them when I was still paying on time. Help
