I called AT&T for internet service on July 3. I was told an internet "kit" would be delivered to my home on Tuesday, July 7, UPS. I waited all day for it, but it didn't come. The next few days, I called AT&T. Their phone system is a nightmare. You are bounced from menu to menu, then told the call volume is "unusually high", then disconnected. Finally, on Saturday, I talked to Karen. She was nice, said it would be delivered on July 14, and gave me a month's free service. I waited all day long, once again, and it didn't come. I called again, waited on hold for 1/2 hour, and got Greg. Greg was clueless. He finally said that the service was cancelled 2 hours earlier, but didn't know why or by whom. He ended the call by saying call back tomorrow, "Thank you for choosing AT&T"!!! Susan Smith
