Scam at Lenox Oaks

This management company is pathetic. They took over our Lenox Oaks community over a year ago and have done nothing but ignored ever since. We had an assessment for a past due water bill due to broken pipes. The pipes were replaced by a un-liscensed plumber without a permit from the city (I called to confirm that no permit was pulled). I contacted Heritage to inform them the work was being performed illegally and got no response. The pipes have since burst and we are now in the same position as before with a past due water bill. It is unlawful to pay a contractor that is not liscensed and who is doing the work without permits. Since the plumber was "under the table" the work has no warranty. I have been told by a fellow homeowner to "Keep my mouth shut", which mades me wonder what he has to hide.

In addition we have several Homeowners who have not paid their dues, including the current President who ownes 6 units. Heritage is doing nothing to get these dues and are threatening to turn the water off if the paying homeowners don't pony up more cash.

I have requested a homeowner meeting since it has been over 16 months since out last meeting and we have received no correspondence since that meeting. I got no response from Heritage or the President of my community. I have also requested a budget so I can get an idea of the current reserves, if any, and they refused to give it to me since I am not an officer. I am a homeowner and I have every right to know how and where my money is being spent. All monies are being disbursed without any votes from the homeowners.

If any knows who I can contact to get a solution to my problem, I would appreciate it.
