Unauthorized Charges from my account

This same incident has happened to me starting on June 05. Every other week my account is charged 38.84 for something we know nothing about. It is unauthorized, but no can do anything about it. How ridiculous is that?
If you call any of the phone numbers on your statement; it's a computer then it hangs up on you. These phone numbers have to be registered to someone, but who will help us out?
